Dungeons and Dragons League
Register by Jan 30
Hail and well met adventurers,
Dungeons and Dragons is a cooperative roleplaying game. When you’re playing D&D, you are building a story with everyone in your group. Every player creates their own character who reacts to events and the environment presented by the Dungeon Master, with the Dungeon Master deciding results and reacting to the Player’s decisions in kind. This back-and-forth organically builds a story and is what creates the fun at the table. If this sounds like an activity you’d be interested in we’d love to have you!
The College Station Dungeons and Dragons League provides a fantastic support group for new Dungeon Masters as well. We are always eager to welcome new Dungeon Masters regardless of prior experience!

Reynolds sponsors sports leagues to provide associates the opportunity to have fun and interact with associates from other departments. Reynolds sports leagues are not intended to provide an outlet for over-competitive groups or individuals to satisfy their need to win. Please keep these goals in mind when deciding if you want to participate in a company-sponsored event.
Reynolds is not responsible for the party splitting up, Demogorgons attacking the party and taking them to alternative dimensions, drawing from the deck of many things, and any action that comes after a Dungeon Master asks, “Are you sure you want to do that?”
*Terminated associates are no longer eligible to participate in a company-sponsored event after their last working day at Reynolds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**A signed sports wavier is required to play. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will result in the associate being unable to play until the wavier is signed.

Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) is a tabletop role-playing game (TRPG) where players create unique characters and embark on imaginative adventures guided by a Dungeon Master (DM). The game takes place in a fantasy world filled with magic, mythical creatures, and epic quests. Players use a standard dice set for TRPGs consisting of a 4 sided, 6 sided, 8 sided, 10 sided, 12 sided, 20 sided, and even a 100 sided dice to determine the outcome of actions and challenges. Such as combat, problem-solving, or social interactions between non playing characters called NPCs or other players. D&D encourages creativity, collaboration, and storytelling, allowing players to explore different roles and scenarios in a dynamic, ever-evolving narrative.
The Dungeon Master (DM) in Dungeons & Dragons is the storyteller and guide of the game. They create the world, design the adventures, control the NPCs, and environments the players interact with. The DM sets the scene, presents challenges, and adjudicates the rules, ensuring the game runs smoothly. They also respond to the players' decisions, shaping the story based on their actions, while providing a rich, immersive experience that keeps the game engaging and exciting. Essentially, the DM brings the game world to life and serves as the ultimate authority on the game's narrative. Fair warning, always think longer when the DM asks, “Are you sure you want to do that?”.
